PROVISIONS OF CONSTITUTION WHERE REFERENCES
TO PRIME MINISTER OF THE COOK ISLANDS SUBSTITUTED FOR
REFERENCES TO PREMIER OF THE COOK ISLANDS
In the text of the Constitution, as set out In the Second Schedule to the Cook Islands
Constitution Amendment Act 19.65 (NZ) references to the Prime Minister have been
substituted for references to the Premier in the provisions specified in this Schedule.
