A Assembleia Nacional poderá ainda ser dissolvida em caso de crise institucional grave, consubstanciada no facto de se mostrar pra- ticamente impossível assegurar, de outra forma, o regular funciona- mento das instituições democráticas, devendo o acto ser precedido de parecer do Conselho da República. Artigo 144º (Proibição de dissolução)
