2. Para efeitos do disposto na alínea b) do número anterior, o Pre- sidente da Assembleia Nacional, na data em que enviar ao Presidente da República o acto legislativo que deva ser promulgado, dará disso conhecimento ao Primeiro Ministro e aos Grupos Parlamentares.
