Official source3. A lei regula o recenseamento eleitoral.
Artigo 96º (Comissão Nacional de Eleições)
A Comissão Nacional de Eleições é o órgão superior da adminis- tração eleitoral cuja organização, composição, competência e funcio- namento são regulados por lei.
Artigo 97º (Julgamento do processo eleitoral)
Cabe exclusivamente aos Tribunais o julgamento da regularidade e da validade do processo eleitoral.
