Official source3. Para dar cumprimento ao disposto na segunda parte do número antecedente, observar-se-á o seguinte:
Se a eleição para a Assembleia Nacional estiver previstaa) para data anterior à do Presidente da República, o mandato deste será prorrogado pelo tempo necessário; Se a eleição para Presidente da República estiver previstab) para uma data anterior à das eleições para a Assembleia Nacional, será prorrogada a Legislatura pelo tempo neces- sário.
