Cabe, ainda, recurso para o Tribunal Constitucional das decisões que: Apliquem resoluções de conteúdo material normativo oua) individual e concreto que tenham sido julgadas anterior- mente ilegais pelo próprio Tribunal Constitucional ou cuja ilegalidade haja sido suscitada no processo; Recusem aplicar, com fundamento em ilegalidade, as reso-b) luções referidas na alínea anterior.
