La présente constitution entrera en vigueur et sera exécutée comme constitution de la République dans les trente jours de son approbation par référendum.
La mise en place des institutions prévues par la présente constitution débutera au plus tard deux mois après son approbation et sera terminée au plus tard huit mois après celle-ci.
