حق الدفاع أصالة أو بالوكالة مكفول .واستقالل المحاماة وحماية
حقوقها ضمان لكفالة حق الدفاع.
ويضمن القانون لغير القادرين مالياا وسائل اًللتجاء إلى القضاء،
والدفاع عن حقوقهم.
