لرئيس الجمهورية أن يدعو الناخبين لالستفتاء فى المسائل التى
تتصل بمصالح البالد العليا ،وذلك فيما ال يخالف أحكام الدستور.
وإذا اشتملت الدعوة لالستفتاء على أكثر من مسأله ،وجب
التصويت على كل واحدة منها.
