جمهورية مصر العربية دولة ذات سيادة ،موحدة ال تقبل التجزئة،
وال ينزل عن شئ منها ،نظامها جمهورى ديمقراطى ،يقوم على أساس
المواطنة وسيادة القانون.
الشعب المصرى جزء من األمة العربية يعمل على تكاملها
ووحدتها ،ومصر جزء من العالم اإلسالمى ،تنتمى إلى القارة اإلفريقية،
وتعتز بامتدادها اآلسيوى ،وتسهم فى بناء الحضارة اإلنسانية.
