الملكية الخاصة مصونة ،وحق اإلرث فيها مكفول ،وال يجوز فرض
الحراسة عليها إال فى األحوال المبينة فى القانون ،وبحكم قضائى ،وال
تنزع الملكية إال للمنفعة العامة ومقابل تعويض عادل يدفع مقد ًما وفقا
للقانون.
