تلتزم الدولة بالحفاظ على حقوق العمال ،وتعمل على بناء عالقات
عمل متوازنة بين طرفى العملية االنتاجية ،وتكفل سبل التفاوض
الجماعى ،وتعمل على حماية العمال من مخاطر العمل وتوافر شروط
األمن والسالمة والصحة المهنية ،ويحظر فصلهم تعسفيا ً ،وذلك كله على
النحو الذى ينظمه القانون.
