Official sourceArticle 102: The National Council may set up Commissions of Enquiry to study an issue of
particular importance.
- It may not set up a Commission of Enquiry on a matter that is before the courts;
- The Commissions of Enquiry shall submit the results of their work to the President of the
National Council who in turn shall submit a copy to the Prime Minister and another copy to
the President of the Republic;
- The Commission of Enquiry shall present the results of its work to the Council in a closed
session.
