Official sourceArticle 97: The National Council shall establish regional bureaus charged with supervision
of the programmes of management and action at regional and local level.
- The organic law regulating the functional relationship between the government and the
National Council shall determine the modalities of supervision and the work of regional
bureaus of the National Council.
