Article 64: The Prime Minister shall choose the members of the Government in consultation with the President of the Republic who shall appoint them. - The members of the Government shall be responsible to the Prime Minister that may terminate their functions in consultation with the President of the Republic. 7 - The Prime Minister shall not appoint any member in his/her Government without consulting the person concerned. - Any member of the Government may tender his/her resignation to the Prime Minister.
