Article 62: The Government in office shall not be dismissed from its function nor reshuffled in the case of the impediment or death of the President of the Republic until the assumption of duty by the new President of the Republic elected by the Congress. - In the interval period defined by Article 61, the provisions stipulated in Article 57 and 58 shall not be applied.
