Article 70: The Prime Minister shall exercise, in addition to the duties assigned to him/her by other provisions of the Constitution, the following duties: - Assignment of tasks within the Government in conformity with the Constitution and the provisions stipulated in article 58 thereof; - Issuance of executive orders; - Making the appointments delegated to him/her by the President of the Republic in the appointment decree.
