Official sourceArticle 113: The President of the Republic may request a second reading of a law, which
has been passed by the National Council, within a period of 30 (thirty) days following the
adoption of such law.
- In this case, the law shall be deemed approved upon adoption by two thirds of the members
of the National Council.
