Official sourceArticle 88: An organic law shall define the organisation of the National Council, its
activities and functional relationships with the Government.
- The National Council shall prepare and adopt its rules of procedure in accordance with the
Constitution and its organic law.
- The rules of procedures of the National Council shall be compatible with the Constitution.
