Official sourceArticle 107: After the motion of censure against the Government, the President of the
Republic shall react within a period not exceeding 15 (fifteen) days by:
- Appointing a new Prime Minister who shall form a new Government in accordance with the
provisions of the Constitution;
- Or dissolving the National Council.
