Official sourceArticle 106: The President of the National Council shall send a letter to the President of the
Republic and another one to the Prime Minister to notify them of the decision of the Council
to adopt a motion of censure against the Government or one of its members.
- The immediate result of the motion of censure against a member of Government shall be
dismissal of the latter and appointment of a new Minister.
