Official sourceArticle 104: The decision to censure shall be on the grounds of maladministration, serious
lapses in execution of duties, negligence, waste of public property, plunder of public property,
poor utilisation of public property, failure to maintain such property or a serious fault contrary
to the ethical guidelines of the Government.
