Article 90: The member of the National Council shall be responsible to his/her colleagues who may relieve him/her of his/her duties as Council Member if he/she commits a crime that impinges on the honour of his/her office. - The rules of procure shall stipulate the conditions according to which a Council Member could be expelled from the National Council without prejudice to any other legal proceedings.
