Official sourceArticle 103: In the exercise of its supervision over the Executive, the National Council may
vote a motion of censure against the Government or against one of its members.
- The request for a motion of censure is the right of each Council Member, and such motion
may be discussed only if it has obtained the support of tenth of the Council members.
