Official source1 Section 11 (representation in certain county court cases) is amended as follows. 2 In subsection (1) after “Lord Chancellor may” insert “ , with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice, ” . 3 Omit subsection (10). 4 After subsection (11) insert— 12 The Lord Chief Justice may nominate a judicial office holder (as defined in section 109(4) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005) to exercise his functions under subsection (1) or (2).
