Provision text
Official source1 The Ombudsman may make arrangements with such persons as he considers appropriate for assistance to be provided to him. 2 Arrangements may include the paying of fees to such persons. 3 No arrangements may be made under this paragraph unless approved by the Lord Chancellor.
