Official sourceAn appeal against a determination of a devolution issue by the High Court or the Court of Appeal on a reference under paragraph 18, 19, 20 or 21 shall lie to the Supreme Court , but only with permission of the High Court or (as the case may be) the Court of Appeal or, failing such permission , with permission of the Supreme Court .
