Official sourceThe provisions of Part I of the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965 (so far as applicable), other than section 31, apply in relation to the acquisition of land by agreement under section 21A above; and in Part I of that Act as so applied “ land ” has the meaning given by Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978.
