Official source1 The Acquisition of Land Act 1981 applies in relation to the compulsory acquisition of land under section 21A above. 2 The Acquisition of Land Act 1981 has effect in its application by virtue of sub-paragraph (1) above with the modifications made by the following provisions of this Part.
