Official source1 Section 92 (tenure of office) is amended as follows. 2 In subsection (5) after “Lord Chancellor” insert “ with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice ” . 3 In subsection (6) after “also” insert “ , with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice, ” . 4 After subsection (7) insert— 8 It is for the Lord Chancellor to recommend to Her Majesty the exercise of any power under subsection (7).
