Official source29 1 Section 74 (interpretation) is amended as follows. 2 In subsection (1), for “, and Housing for Wales, each of which” substitute and the Secretary of State. 1A Each of them . 3 In subsection (4)(a), for “Housing for Wales” substitute “ the Secretary of State ” .
