Official source1 The Maintenance Orders Act 1950 is amended as follows. 2 In section 17(3)(a) for “Supreme Court of Judicature in England” substitute “ Senior Courts ” and for “Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland” substitute “ Court of Judicature ” . 3 In section 18(1B) for “Supreme Court in England or Northern Ireland” substitute “ Senior Courts or the Court of Judicature ” .
