Official sourceReferences in section 22 and this Schedule to a Minister of the Crown include references to— a two or more Ministers of the Crown acting jointly, and b an officer of a Minister of the Crown or of a government department, and, in relation to functions of such an officer, the references in section 22(1) and this Schedule to the Assembly include a member of the Assembly’s staff.
