Provision text
Official sourceSection 250 of the Local Government Act 1972 (costs of inquiries and expenses of witnesses) shall extend to any public local inquiry held under the Acquisition of Land Act 1981, by virtue of paragraph 1 above, as if the Agency were a local authority.
