Official source1 Rule 2 of the Plant Varieties and Seeds Tribunals Rules 1974 (interpretation) is amended as follows. 2 In paragraph (1), in the definition of “the chairman” for the words from “appointed” to “Northern Ireland” in the second place substitute “ appointed in accordance with paragraph 2, 3 or 4 of Schedule 3 to the Plant Varieties Act 1997 ” .
