Official source1 The Deregulation (Model Appeal Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997 is amended as follows. 2 In the Schedule, in rule 6 (appointment of tribunal)— a in paragraph (3)(a) omit “but”; b omit paragraph (3)(b).
