Official source1 Section 127 (exercise of powers) is amended as follows. 2 In subsection (2)(a) for “Lord Chancellor” substitute “ Lord Chief Justice, or a judicial office holder (as defined in section 109(4) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005) nominated by him, after consulting the Lord Chancellor ” . 3 In subsection (2)(h) after “consumer affairs” insert “ nominated by the Lord Chancellor ” .
