Official source1 The Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 is amended as follows. 2 In section 36 (appeals to the House of Lords), in sidenote for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ” . 3 In section 37 (restrictions on reporting)— a in subsection (4)(c), for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ” ; b in subsection (5), for “the House of Lords” and “that House” in each place substitute “ the Supreme Court ” ; c in subsections (6) and (7), for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ” .
