An Order in Council under section 22— a transferring a function exercisable by a Minister of the Crown, or b directing that a function shall be so exercisable only with the agreement of, or after consultation with, the Assembly, shall not affect the validity of anything done by or in relation to the Minister before the coming into force of the Order in Council.
