Official source1 Anything done in accordance with the rules of the original court in relation to transferred proceedings is, after the transfer day, to be treated as if it had been done in accordance with any Supreme Court Rules applicable to corresponding proceedings in the Supreme Court. 2 This paragraph is subject to Supreme Court Rules (whether made before or after the transfer date).
