Official source1 The Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992 is amended as follows. 2 In section 61 (funds in court) in subsection (3)— a for “Supreme Court” in paragraph (a) substitute “ Senior Courts ” ; b for “Supreme Court of Judicature in England” substitute “ Senior Courts ” ; c for “Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland” in each place substitute “ Court of Judicature ” .
