Official source1 In Schedule 1C to the Pharmacy Act 1954 (appeal tribunals), paragraph 3 (appointments) is amended as follows. 2 In sub-paragraph (4) for “by the Lord Chancellor and” substitute “ by the Lord Chief Justice, after consulting the Lord Chancellor, and by ” . 3 After sub-paragraph (5) insert— 6 The Lord Chief Justice may nominate a judicial office holder (as defined in section 109(4) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005) to exercise his functions under this paragraph.
