After Article 181 insert— Delegation of functions by Lord Chief Justice 181A 1 The Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland may nominate any of the following to exercise a delegable function— a the holder of one of the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002; b a Lord Justice of Appeal (as defined in section 88 of that Act). 2 In paragraph (1) “ delegable function ” means a function under any of these provisions of this Order— a Article 4(2); b Article 166(14); c Article 169(5); d Article 170(5); e in Schedule 1, paragraph 6(2); f in Schedule 7— i paragraph 1(1), (2) and (4); ii paragraph 2(1) and (5); iii paragraph 3; iv paragraph 4(4), (6)(a) and (7).
