Provision text
Official source1 The members of the Partnership Council shall be appointed by the Assembly. 2 Appointments to membership of the Partnership Council shall be made as soon as is reasonably practicable after each ordinary election but in any event so that a meeting of the Partnership Council can be held as required by paragraph 5(2). 3 The Assembly may at any time make an appointment to fill a casual vacancy in the membership of the Partnership Council. 4 The Assembly may not delegate the function of appointing members of the Partnership Council.
