Provision text
Official source1 Section 17 (Ministerial offices) has effect subject to the following modifications. 2 Subsection (3) has effect subject to the provision of the Act of the Assembly referred to in paragraph 4(1)(b). 3 The Ministerial offices held by the relevant Ministers (the “relevant Ministerial offices”) are to count as a single Ministerial office for the purposes of subsection (4).
