Official source1 Section 127 (probate rules) is amended as follows. 2 In subsection (1) for the words from the beginning to “for regulating” substitute “ Rules of court (in this Part referred to as “ probate rules ”) may be made in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 for regulating ” . 3 Omit subsection (3).
