Official source1 Section 13A (power of the Secretary of State to make provision about the combination of polls) is amended as follows. 2 In subsection (2)— a insert “ and ” at the end of paragraph (a), and b omit paragraph (c) and the “and” before it. 3 In subsection (3), omit paragraph (b) and the “and” before it.
