Official source1 Section 128 (consent of patron etc. where patronage attached to duchy of Cornwall) is amended as follows. 2 For the words from “the same” to “benefice in the patronage of the crown” substitute “ the Prime Minister, in accordance with section 126 ” . 3 Omit “or persons” in the second place.
