Provision text
Official source1 Section 12A (power of the Secretary of State to make provision about elections) is amended as follows. 2 In subsection (2)— a after paragraph (a) insert “ and ” , and b omit paragraph (c) and the “and” before it. 3 In subsection (3), omit paragraph (b) and the “and” before it. 4 In subsection (5)(a)— a omit “or the European Parliamentary Elections Act 2002”, and b omit “, European Parliamentary elections”.
