Official source1 Rule 2 of the Land Powers (Defence) Act (Inquiries) Rules 1958 (interpretation) is amended as follows. 2 In paragraph (1), in the definition of “appointed person” for the words from “appointed by” to the end substitute “ appointed in accordance with sub-paragraph (1A) of paragraph 4 of the Second Schedule to the Act to hold an inquiry pursuant to that paragraph; ” .
